08/30/2022 Workout
With a barbell weight plate, do 10 rounds of 10 reps of floor to overhead, 15 curls, and 20 deadlifts.
With a 45 pound plate, I lifted 20,250 lbs today. Total of 450 reps x 45 lbs.
