'Catastrophic failure’ -Jackson residents face water crisis

Many of the 180,000 people who live in Jackson, Mississippi, and the surrounding area had no choice but to stockpile water, close businesses and keep children home after the governor said to avoid drinking public water until a treatment plant is fixed.
