MAGICAL FOI RELEASE TODAY IN THE MICHAEL ALLMAIN CASE AFTER 10 MONTHS.
THESE BASTARDS Nearly Killed this Man and for WHAT?

Links and Information regarding FOI Released today August 26th 2022, ordered on October 30, 2021, 6:46pm. AFTER WAITING 10 MONTHS.

Remember when Reading the NEW FOI Email linked below. Michael Allmain had a COURT Order for his Dog Moses to be Returned to him. These emails further prove they all new about the Court Order TO RETURN MOSES and Jefferson County Prosecutor James Kennedy and Port Townsend City Attorney Heidi Greenwood, Then Officer Wendy Davis now of Lila’s Kitchen, Prosecutor Melissa Pleimann, Prosecutor Chris Ashcrot, Center Valley Animal Rescue Sara Penhallegon and her attorney Adam Karp flat out VIOLATED A COURT ORDER, I shouted from the rooftops and the DEMONS ignored me.

A Bit to Remind You of the Proof that Prosecutor James Kennedy knew the Court Ordered that MOSES be returned to Michael Allmain and the deliberately willfully maliciously defied this court order to please the lynch mob that went after Michael Allmain for years.

Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy KNEW and admitted that the Court Ordered Moses be returned in March of 2021, yet CVAR defied the court order and charged Michael Allmain for those CVAR service too. Sued him and won $28,000 Judgment and got his dog.

They ALL Knowingly Maliciously DEFIED a court order to return Michael Allmains personal property. I filed criminal charges, bar complaints, a complaint against the judge, complaints against CVAR, and charges against one of the deputies, I went unheard. Because in Jefferson County Washington it is MOB RULE. And they choose who gets the benefit of the laws to protect and who does not. They selectively prosecute who they don’t like for whatever reason of the day.

The above shows City Attorney Heidi Greenwood advising CVAR, in my opinion. The City had no contract with CVAR. And as for the 14 days, they distorted the law to set Michael Up. CVAR kept his valuable uncut wolf dog, which was Michael’s entire life at the time and PUPPIES were worth thousands each, rumor has it that CVAR bred his dog as well.

Michael Allmain tried to get his dog from DAY ONE, they lied and tried to act like Moses was abandoned. MOSES was NEVER Abandoned and they KNEW IT.

These Email Communication on March 15, 2021 Clearly Show ALL that Knew that the COURT ORDERED MOSES be Returned to Michael Allmain, yet Moses was not returned, they set Michael Allmain Up for a Crime, they maliciously selectively Prosecuted him for that Crime, they took this homeless man’s best friend and emotional support dog, then charged him $26,000.
