Today's filing is 672 pages... I can only imagine the bs hidden within.

This is from the May 18th dilution form;
to approve an amendment to our certificate of incorporation to increase the total authorized shares
from 100,000,000 to 200,000,000, comprised of 140,000,000 million shares of Class A common
stock, 20,000,000 shares of Class B common stock and 40,000,000 shares of preferred stock, of
which 10,000,000 are classified as Series A preferred stock; + 2.5m shares for their executive compensation.

The votes passed. So they are diluting an ASSLOAD.

As for our warrants, previously they were supposed to be "locked up" and then we get a filing on the 14th of June, and apparently it unlocks 6m of them (again not convertible on a 1:1 basis) They seem to be changing the rules of the game as this drags on. I will try to acquire more info there. Do not say I'm spreading fud, this is what is the info that is circulating. It really is that simple.

Ortex has populated numbers, and is STILL showing over 229% SI... So either they havent updated still, or they have, and instead of being 137%.... its skyrocketed.... (for the love of god can we get some accurate info!?)

My brokers CTB has gone UP again, 828.82% today.
