How to Make and Can Jam

We’ve got an abundance of berries on our hands at the moment, so I’m in the middle of a jam-canning flurry. Want to have a peek at the process?

I’ll upload the written recipe to my blog just as soon as GoDaddy fixes an issue for me. I’ll link it when that happens, but until then I do give the proportions in the video.

*ABOUT PECTIN: High acid fruits and berries have enough natural pectin of their own and don’t need supplemental pectin. Blackberries are one of those.
