Jarring tomatoes Southern Italian style!! #canning

Hey everyone!! This video is how we jarr up our tomatoes for the winter and the method we are using is the same method that has been in the family for several generations. It's very simple and basic, fresh and homey. Don't forget to label!!!!

I used Ball canning jars in various sizes, some we use for Sunday gravy, some we use for beef and rice or stews, chilis or even a meal over the fire!!!!
