Twitter rejects Musk's latest attempt to scrap acquisition as 'invalid and
wrongful.' Monday, the billionaire entrepreneur said allegations made by a company whistleblower should allow him to back out of the deal. By Tuesday -- Twitter snapped back -- calling musk's latest attempt to scrap the acquisition “invalid and wrongful.” The whistleblower -- Twitter's former head of security -- has thrown out a number of allegations about big security vulnerabilities and intellectual property rights violations.
