-What does this mean for me?

1.) v.1-2 Why do some suffer illness/accidents?
-We should believe that there are universal consequences for sin such as death, disease, and suffering
-We should be careful trying to tie suffering to specific reasons
2.) v.3 This one's suffering was for the purpose of revealing Jesus to the world
-We should seek what God is doing not what the devil is doing... Delight in mercy not judgement
3.) v. 4-5 We must do what God has called us to do before we leave
-We should be busy about salvation, discipleship, and edifying believers
4.) v.6-7 Jesus heals him in a new way
-We should never get so stuck in tradition that we have no room for God's work
