Pastrami smash burgers on the @lococookers griddle. Available online now at Lowes and Home Depot . If you been wanting a griddle that tells you at what temperature your cooking at, then this one is for you. Certain foods require different temps, I gave these burgers a great sear by setting the smart temp to sear mode and setting it to 350 degrees to reheat the pastrami.
