Skirt steak quesadilla on the @nomadgrills. Who’s in?

Loaded up with sautéed onions and lots of cheese. Topped the quesadilla with my friend @alfrugoni chimichurri sauce. I used @spanglish_asadero Chile verde to season the skirt steak.
