Ingredients:

for the crepes:
3 eggs
a pinch of salt

for the stuffing:
2-3 slices carne salada
2-3 tablespoons of spreadable cheese
2-3 slices of avocado
a few leaves of salad

Break three eggs into a bowl

Add a pinch of salt

Beat with a whisk

Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in an anti-adherent pan
