Honorable mention:
Best looking handheld
Famicom Edition Game Boy Advance SP
I bought this back in 2018 from Game Trader up in Portland, OR. Riff & Gabbo from the Pixel Game Squad and I went there to do some scouting the night before PRGE started. We saw a lot of cool things there, but for me this was super awesome looking. I had to pick it up, I'm glad that I have it in my collection.

Number 5 - Nintendo Wii
I know, the Wii is basically three DVD boxes stacked on each other, the design itself is rather uninspiring. My Wii, however, features a lot of memories for me, plus the rap from DecalGirl.com makes this easily one of my favorite looking systems in my collection. Not only is the system wrapped, but I also have the same NES decals for my Wii Remote & Nunchuck! I'm sure others have Wiis, but not sure how many have ones like mine!

Number 4 - Super Nintendo and Super Famicom Junior
It's my list, if Jay can have 845 consoles, including handhelds, I can have 2 variants of the same console here! I've said before how the Super Nintendo is my favorite system of all time, and that's mostly due to the library of games. However, having both the SNES Junior and SFC Jr in my collection are terrific. Both of them are complete with box, and both have been RGB modded using Voltar's excellent mod chip. I love the simplicity Nintendo took with these over the originals, although the original Super Famicom is still a thing of beauty.

Number 3 - Sharp Famicom Twin Turbo
Whether you call it the Twin Turbo or the Turbo Twin, this is one of my favorite consoles of all time. Designed to incorporate both a Famicom and Famicom Disk System into one convenient system, there's a lot going on here that improves over the original. First and foremost, it has composite video output, a major improvement over the original Famicom which was only RF. Add into that longer controller cables, 2-in-1 cartridge and disk compatibility, and a whole lot more make this one of my favorite systems of all time. Add in the turbo fire functionality and you have a certified GOAT.

Number 2 - JVC X'EYE
I don't know if I've ever mentioned, but I have a JVC X'EYE. One of the more rare consoles in my collection, the JVC X'EYE combines a Sega Genesis and a Sega CD into one convenient system. In Japan it was known as the Wondermega, in the US it shipped with the system itself and a JVC branded three button Genesis controller. It incorporates a lot of features from the original Genesis, including a headphone jack, but also adds in a microphone input for those who want to play the rare karaoke games. While it is compatible with the Sega 32x, it does obstruct the CD door, requiring you to remove the 32x if you're going to insert or remove discs. It's considerably smaller than the model 2 Sega CD Genesis combo, and overall just a wonderful piece to have in my collection.

Number 1 - Nintendo Famicom and Famicom Disk System
There is no denying my love for Nintendo hardware, and for me it doesn't get any better than the Nintendo Famicom. This quirky little machine is hideous by some standards, beautiful by others. The design was much more compact than the Atari 2600, the "paddles" were a drastic departure from conventional joysticks, and offered deeper and richer gameplay than anything else at the time. The hardwired controllers, the zapper that looks like a .45 Magnum , the eject lever, just everything about this system is what I love about reto video game consoles.

These were my favorites consoles in my collection but I want to know what your favorites and yours are. Did I miss any out? I know many are hot and cold on it, but I for one really like the design of the PlayStation 5, the original Xbox had a number of different themed editions, and there were so many colors of the GameCube you could almost lose to count. But let me know what you think down in the comments
