Tomahawk volcanes, are you in? I used my @meatermade to track my temps, bringing this tomahawk to a perfect medium rare

Topped off with a fresh guacamole salsa.

Guacamole
1 large avocado
3 tomatillos
1/2 shallot
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp cilantro
2 serrano peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
