U Betini je održana 20. regata "Za dušu i tilo". Regata u Betini prezentira isključivo drvene brodove, gajete, leute, kaiće s latinskim jedrom. Osim natjecanja glavna svrha ove manifestacije je prezentirati bogato tradicionalno nasljeđe hrvatske drvene brodogradnje po kojoj je Betina nadaleko poznata. Isplovilo je oko 50 plovila.
