Pork chops smothered in gravy

Reverse seared gravy smothered pork chops on the @bradleysmoker P10. These were by far one of the best pork chops I ever made. Pork chops cooked to 140 internal temperature, then seared. Final internal temperature is 145.

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp pan drippings
2 tbsp all purpose flour
¾ Cup of milk
½ cup water
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
