Smoked reverse seared tritip with cheesy mashed potatoes

Reverse seared tritip, topped with crispy garlic, chimichurri sauce, served along cheesy mashed potatoes. I used my @bradleysmoker Digital to smoke this tritip to a perfect medium rare.

2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
