Being overcome by negative emotions can be really draining… but when you realize and come to the understanding that you’re feeling X or Y type of way by an emotion, bring your complete focus to the emotion itself and let it go… the worst thing you can do is dwell on a negative emotion for quite some time; but, the power lies in taking control of that specific emotion and just let it be in the past. let go and move on, shift your focus on some other thing and stay present… because the emotion, it will leave... trust me. Stay true! 💪🏼
