First Line Gear in 16 Seconds

Basic first line setup, real fast.
HSGI Inner/Outer belt rig with Safariland GLS 578 holster, HSGI TACO mag pouches and a North American Rescue Roo mFAK.
Pistol is a Shadow Systems DR920 Combat w/optics cut and bronzed barrel. Mags are all Magpul.
Pants (which are too big now) are Vertx and great, I just need 6" less in the waist line now.

I really need a different med kit setup, something flat in the small of my back. Maybe a sideways TQ pouch up front. The prices companies want for the flatter pouches is nuts. Don't get me wrong, I know the R&D is expensive and quality production isn't cheap. But you're telling me a larger company can't put out something in that genre that's decent at a less premium price point? It's a damn nylon pouch, and not all of us need it to be extended deployment ready.
I like the Roo, but it's not the right pouch for this setup.
