John Carpay is the founder and president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF). I spoke with him this week about the ongoing enforcement of the ArriveCan app on those entering Canada, the Trudeau government's plan to introduce a "digital ID," and the potential for this to lead to a China-style social credit system.
