Evolution is The Effect of the Cause of a Rise in Consciousness and when enough people change it raises all up whether we like it or not.
It's not the strongest that survive. It's the most creative, calm thinkers that do to live another day - whose children live on and everyone they touch that move on and that is what we become as we evolve.
First the thinking changes then we evolve into it.
