Take a Deep Breath!

Mindfulness Breathing is a simple relaxation technique to draw your focus on the way your natural breath moves through the body.

During Mindfulness Breathing to Improve Focus: Ease Worry and Anxiety, we will first focus on the sensations of your breath – feeling the way your body moves when you breath in and out. We will then draw focus on the spaces between your breath, and begin using your breath as an anchor to bring your focus back to the breath when your mind wanders onto worries.

Mindfulness Breathing to Improve Focus: Ease Worry and Anxiety is about acknowledging when anxious thoughts arise, and use your breath to gently move them aside for a moment in order to clear the mind and improve focus by easing anxiety that might crop up when these thoughts arise.
