EXTREME GLUTE ACTIVATION: 21 Day Challenge
Hey beautiful ladies, hope you all feel fantastic!
Above is a short Glute Activation workout you can try at home or at the gym, I used 2 resistance bands for the workouts but you can use just 1. There are 3 workouts, please do 15 rep x 4 sets (each side counts as 1 set). You may rest for 10/15sec or for that extra fire take a quick 5sec break to transition from one workout to the next.
