1.) v.54 Jesus did not self glorify
-We should serve God and trust Him to honor those who should be honored
2.) v.55 Jesus knows the Father
-We should seek our knowledge of God from God the Son
3.) v.56-57 Abraham looked forward in faith to Jesus
-We should believe that only faith in Jesus saves
4.) v.58-59 Jesus claimed to be God and eternal
-We should worship Jesus as fully God
