Pursue excellence, not women | The MetaMorphosis podcast episode 15

When you hold a frame as a man and are focused on your purpose and being the highest, best, undistracted version of yourself, women willingly enter your frame. It is from that space that you have the opportunity to build healthy relations, whether it is spinning plates, LTR, monogamous arrangement, or marriage.

If you, however, focus on women too much before you hit your goals, it will be very difficult for you to build the frame since the woman will already be in the process of you establishing it. Work out, get educated, learn game, stay aware, and take good care of yourself.
