Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is a Chocolate Chip Muffin baking demonstration. ENJOY!

Recipe:

2 Cups Plain Flour
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter melted
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs Beaten
1 TSP Vanilla
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 TBSP Brown Sugar

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together. Set aside.
Mix milk, melted butter, sugar, and sour cream together. Add in beaten eggs and vanilla extract, mix together.
Add 1/2 flour mixture that was set aside and mix together.
Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until smooth.
Mix in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Scoop batter into a muffin pan lined with cupcake liners.
Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.
Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes.
Reduce temp to 350°F and bake 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
