How to make jalapeno pie

Make sure you wash your hands often while preparing this dish!

INGREDIENTS:
1 dozen eggs
8 oz jar of jalapenos
2 cups of shredded cheese
1 pound of ground sausage
I use a 9x12 baking pan and cook at 350° until it starts to brown slightly, about 30 to 45 minutes. Check to make sure completely done in the center.

To double the recipe, use only about 16 to 18 eggs, 2 jars of jalapenos, 4 cups of shredded cheese, and 2 pounds of ground sausage.
