Last week's Midwest refinery fire note

Again this seems to be making rounds today I guess gas prices may go up tomorrow for Michigan Wisconsin Indiana and Illinois there may be some spillover also just as they were starting to come down and I'm curious if this will also affect the prices when the strategic reserve starts being refilled
