The medical system promotes the idea that the cause of pain can be found at the location where the pain is being experienced. That's why if you have back pain you get an MRI of the back, if you have shoulder pain, you get an MRI of the shoulder, if you have knee pain, you get an MRI of the knee and so on. This is premise is almost comical and has no basis of rationale.

In fact, The Yass Method method has proven that in more than 99% of cases seen over almost 3 decades, the cause is not where the pain is being experienced. This is an example of this and why I wanted to present it. This can easily be the cause of your knee cap region pain but will never be identified unless you get a Yass Method evaluation.

You must understand that the knee cap and the track it takes through the joint between the knee cap and thigh bone is controlled by muscle, primarily three key muscles; quads, hamstrings and tensor fascia lata (muscle at the top of the ITB). Any weakness or imbalance of these muscles can lead the knee cap to track inappropriately through the joint causing pain and dysfunction.

Watch this video to understand how the evaluation of this person's symptoms led to the conclusion that the pain at the knee cap was due to weakness of a hip region muscles called the gluteus medius. The better news was that treatment relating to this muscle almost completely resolved the symptoms and improved function almost completely in just one session. If you don't get treated by the Yass Method you won't get this type of evaluation and treatment and you will remain in pain and dysfunctional indefinitely.

It's your choice and you control your destiny. It doesn't matter what medical professionals tell you, or family or friends. What matters is logic and analysis. That tells the tale. The Yass Method interprets the body's presentation of symptoms in lieu of MRI results to identify the tissue in distress, the cause of the symptoms being experienced. In more than 98% of cases I have shown the cause to be muscular. These types of causes do not show up on diagnostic tests nor is there any medical specialty educated or trained to identify them. Today can be day 1 of the rest of your life living pain- free and fully functional. Get the Yass Method Now!
