April 27, 2022 - F-16 Fighting Falcons assigned to the 8th Fighter Wing takes off from Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The 8th FW falls within U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, with an area of responsibility that covers more of the globe than any of the other geographic combatant commands, and shares borders with all of the other five geographic combatant commands
