Easily relieve back and shoulder pain using only a towel! Towel yoga is a great way to release tight muscles and unwind from a stressful day. Blocks can be painful if your muscles are tight, but the towel is the perfect prop to release the muscles and encourage them to soften. Take your time in each pose, spend between 5-10 minutes in each pose focusing on relaxing the body over your towel.
