People who have a "superiority complex" actually suffer from overwhelming feelings of inferiority, and use "superiority" for cover. And people who feel inferior aren't much better off.

It's tricky to not compare yourself with others since society has a hierarchy of values and sets us up that way.

But the "paradox" lies in disconnecting yourself from the matrix, seeing everyone as one, one race, the human race.

Once you switch from a competitive frame to a collaborative one. You free up mental bandwidth and actually become, socially and emotionally, your best self.
