Why You Should Meditate

You are not your mind. The voice in your head is not you.

But our minds often get the better of us. Blasting us with useless mental chatter, stress, anxiety and overthinking.

Your mind should be one of your greatest tools, but very few people actually use it uninhibited or without draining self-attack.

Putting down the distractions to meditate, and be fully alone with yourself is challenging and sometimes kind of scary.

But, meditating even just ten minutes a day reduces stress, lowers cortisol levels, and improves your outlook on life.

The massive quality of life increase for just a few minutes a day is almost unfair.
