Harvesting Haskaps | Honeyberry

Today we are harvesting our haskaps also known as the honeyberry plant. We planted our haskaps about 2-4 years ago, and this is our first large harvest. We have also gotten a bowl or two here and there, or the chickens would eat them, but this year the haskaps are in abundance for mulitple harvests! Come learn what Haskaps are, what they taste like and where the berries grow. The Haskaps, or Honeyberries, are great for Canada's cold climate as they are geared for zones 2-3 making this a must for all home gardeners and homesteaders in Canada
