peace of history military portable coal forge no 49

in todays video i am going over the model no 49 blacksmith coal forge that was used by the military from ww1 into the Korean war for fierier work as well as repairing other equipment. from what information i was able to dig up on my forge it looks like it was made between 1940-1945. for the blower i use a 50/50 mix of 70/90 gear oil and Lucas oil additives. makes it stick to the gears better and helps stop any leaks. i love that this forge comes apart easily for transportation and it has become my main forge for going to events with. and it pairs nicely with my ww2 mobile field desk lol. if you find one i definitely recommend picking it up. i hope you enjoyed the video. stay classy and party on.
