Washington to set up center to limit civilian casualties in drone strikes

The Pentagon has unveiled a new plan to limit civilian deaths in US drone strikes and other military operations in other countries. Some critics say that’s not good enough, as thousands of people have already been killed by the American bombs. RT’s Donald Courter looks into the story.
