Today we continue our series of blind cigar reviews, where our goal is to provide you with a totally objective, completely neutral review of a cigar. One of the first things I noticed about the AVO Classic Robusto CE was that it looked pretty good. While the wrapper leaf wasn’t perfectly taught and smooth, it was well aged.

On the cold draw, the flavors were very light, with notes of wood – maybe cedar, perhaps even pine or other white wood – and the perfect amount of resistance.

The first flavors were a little funky, a little hoppy, and familiar.
