The Northwest's biggest vintage mall is both new and old again! Shop with Blenko Bill and me as we explore the newly reopened Lander Street Marketplace, where hundreds of antique and design mavens are assembling the largest variety of mid-century designer goods, art, vintage decor and garden ornaments in the region.

We both love mid-century modern, and this store has lots of great examples...Milo Baughman cabinets, Eames and Bertoia chairs, even giant Marimekko fabric panels are big eye catchers! But there's also a great selection of smalls, even things we can afford for resale...Bennett Welsh and Pottery Craft, Mary Hadley dinnerware, a Golden Girls bamboo breakfast table/chairs and other surprisingly well-priced items make this a fun day of picking, shopping, and learning as we see things we've never seen, including a giant-sized Kay Finch elephant!

Victorian accents also coexist happily in this environment, with Japy Freres clocks and a fiery opal glass floral display to help fancy up homes suffering from IKEA blandness. Garden pots and iron arbors, gallery walls full of art, a large art deco table-top jukebox unit...you never know what we might see next in this huge assortment of antique and vintage goodies!
