Two weeks of cold showers part 19 shower 18

Was over full this morning from eating a lot yesterday. I did not feel like having the shower it was 5:30 a.m. it was sort of cold but honestly not colder than normal but it's something about my second eating day of the weeks that I tend to shiver and I think when I have more heat in my core for some reason my body tries to stimulate I think internal heat by shivering my fingers are cold so I think that a lot of my core heat was preserved was the idea that my body was going for so I think I'll be cool for most of the morning
