Thanks to viewers and fellow resellers, we got a great tip where to shop after the Spokane antique show! We're just over the border in Post Falls, Idaho, where an entire block is now given over to selling used goods, including a thrift store with antiques, and a vendor mall filled with vintage!

We find deals in hospice thrift stores all over the country, so we start at North Idaho's version and are not disappointed! These volunteer-run shops often are given many good old things to sell by families they've helped. Volunteer-priced thrift wares can be all over the board, so we seek out the real bargains (an apple jam jar for $2, a Harker ice holding rolling pin for under $15) while we throughly comb this large and well-kept shop.

Our main destination is just a whopping 30 feet away! My Favorite Things fills the rest of the block with a giant vendor mall that we hope contains our favorite things (and some reseller bargains as well). Will our best shopping be in the elegantly displayed dealer section, under the giant cluster of umbrellas, in the bargain furniture area or tucked in one of several back rooms?

We search this place with success, collecting everything from a 1950s rooster bank and Stangl birds to a sweet 1930s silhouette to our inventory! If we just could fix those Kachina dolls...but in the end, we have no complaints as we refill the van before we head off to future antique and vintage show venues.
