Beautiful places, beautiful deals! We're shopping the south part of the Highway 25 yard sale extravaganza today, discovering the charm (and the vintage bargains) of London, visiting the Colonel in his hometown and seeing a wonderful waterfall to boot. Let's go look!

The annual highway sales in this part of the world are a great and efficient way to have fun and see a lot of really interesting sights, while fulfilling our mission to find things we can flip for a profit. @Laura Caldwell showed us the wonders of London recently, but our London offers up fun kitschy figurines, carved cameos and a host of other fun collectibles at yard sales all along Kentucky's Highway 25! We even find antique pattern glass, our interest renewed by the affinity @The NICHE Lady has for these venerable old patterns.

There's a lot of fun attractions and pretty scenery to be seen, a wonderful byproduct of traveling to collect and source antiques and vintage! We meet Colonel Sanders where he first invented Kentucky Fried Chicken, now the state's biggest impact on culture worldwide. After some more shopping for vintage delights, our terminus is Cumberland Falls, a scenic (if not serene) spot that's a personal favorite. What a great day of reseller shopping!
