Speed shopping and turbocharged thrifting are the order of this day! Kentucky's highway sales bracket both ends of summer with thousands of antique and vintage home decor items at bargain prices, spread town-to-town in clusters of sellers!.Some save up all year to put out their bargain vintage wares out where we can find them, so we're hitting the road to scoop up some reseller deals!

Our first stop is a great stop, where we meet an affable horse, friends from Harlan's Sassy Trash store and a viewer who has a stand full of fun and cool vintage at prices we can afford to buy for resale! We peruse his-and-hers 1960s bikes, a Texaco toy ship and fun phones before deciding on a mint green 1950s lab cabinet with its original rubber sheath.

Thrift store bargains and good deals on true vintage collectibles jump out of us at nearly every stop! A table of Jadeite and a scarce ruby Moon-and-Stars decanter might be out of our budget, but we score some great deals on Hull pottery and 1910s opalescent glass among a string of tent sales by a school in one town. Another sale tempts us with more great furniture (a perfect dinette set for $125?), and the 1960s metal porch railing for $5 is too good to pass!

In the end, we take home a big pile of bargains for just pennies on the dollar, and remember how much fun it is to shop garage and yard sales when there's a whole bunch in a row! We're excited there's one more weekend of big sales to go...
