RULES OF THE SALE:

* All are welcome to watch and have fun! You MUST BE SUBSCRIBED at least an hour before the live sale to chat, and to bid in the chat if desired.

* We are running this like a real world auction, so please bid only up to the amount you are willing to pay! We do not do "just in case" bids, the amount the high bidder offers is what they will be invoiced.

* Like a real world auction, we will call "Fair Warning" when the bidding is nearing the end. Because of computer lag of up to 15 seconds, you should put your best final bid in when you hear "Fair Warning".

* Also like a real world auction, we will call "Going once, Going twice, SOLD! BID END" (no countdown).

* We will put "BID END" into the chat when we say it. That will mark in our chat the end of the bidding we will accept, even if there are higher bids received after we place it in the chat. We will announce who the high bidder is within a few seconds of seeing "BID END" come up on our screen, along with the sold price.

* CHOICE Versus LOT buying: Some bids will involve multiple items. In a Choice auction, the high bidder can buy one or all at the high bid price each item. In a Lot auction, the high bidder will get all the items in the lot for the high bid price.
If the high bidder in a Choice auction does not take all the items, the next highest bidder MAY be offered a chance to buy any or all remaining items, if the seller chooses to do so.

* Tied bids: In the event of a tie in the bidding, the first to bid the high bid amount will be the winner.

* High bidders will need to send their PayPal and email addresses to TheAntiqueNomad@gmail.com upon receipt of invoice. Please do this even if you think we have them!

* Calculated shipping will be added to the final bid, and an invoice sent the evening of the sale. Shipping may be combined as much as is safe to do so. Shipping will take place within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

* A bid is a legal contract to buy. Please do not bid if you are unable to complete the transaction. Items not paid for within 48 hours of the invoice will be resold, unless previous arrangements are made.
