My road to self improvement (first ice-bath)

While being very lost and not sure what direction my life was heading I discovered personal development and it has completely changed my life. I was a unmotivated, lazy, pot smoker. Now I’ve taught myself on how to make money online and I want to spread my message that anyone can change their life direction. ❤️
