Weather Control Act 1967

Cloud seeding experiments were started by GE shortly after 1946 in Australia. In 1967 Victoria passed the Weather Control Act. This grants immunity to authorised operations. To become an authorised operation one had to apply to the mininster. Thats it. No community consultation, no community notification, no precautionary measures, are exempt from environmental planning, and limited or no reporting is required. The effectiveness is low and debated. In 2016 a major flood killed 3 people in Tasmania, coinciding with a cloud seeding operation[1]. Also major floods in queensland were caused by cloud seeding over a reservoir.

arsenic, barium, aluminium, magnesium, and lead have been found in water sources after spraying.

Crimes against humanity are certain acts that are purposefully committed by a state, or on behalf of a state, as part of a widespread or systematic policy, typically directed against civilians, in times of war or peace[2]. (unethical human experimentation). Somewhere between December 1943 and October 1944, experiments were conducted at Buchenwald to investigate the effect of various poisons. The poisons were secretly administered to experimental subjects in their food. These are considered Crimes Against Humanity. Chemtrails contains poisons which end up in food and water.
