How to make pasta with tomatoes
Such a simple recipe that tastes so good! Check it out!
Ingredients:
for pasta:
230g of semolina flour
200g of tomato sauce
for the sauce:
200 g of cottage cheese
a few basil leaves
200 g of tomato puree
a small onion
Steps:
In a bowl, pour 230 g of semolina flour and 200 g of tomato puree
Knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough like this one
Take a piece of dough and form a roll
Cut small pasta dumplings in this way
Proceed in this way with all the pasta forming very small pieces
Cut an onion into thin slices
Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a pan
Add the sliced onion
Brown the onion
Add a few basil leaves
Add 200 g of tomato sauce
Add 200 g of ricotta cheese
When the water boils, add the pasta a little at a time and cook for 2-3 minutes
Then add it to the pan and mix with the sauce and it's ready!
