Hello guys this is a hardcore workout routine.
This is it:
Start with warm-up for about 15 minutes after that you begin the workout
10 pull ups 10 muscle ups 10 bardips +5kg
4 min rest
8 pull ups 8 muscle ups 8 bardips +5kg
4 min rest
6pull ups 6 muscle ups 6 bardips +5kg
3 min rest
4pull ups 4 muscle ups 4 bardips +5 kg
2 min rest
2pull ups 2 muscle ups 2 bardips +2kg
4 min rest
