The Antikythera mechanism (/ ˌ æ n t ɪ k ɪ ˈ θ ɪər ə /, / ˌ æ n t ɪ ˈ k ɪ θ ər ə /) is an ancient Greek analogue computer which has also been described as the first example of such device used to predict astronomical positions and eclipses for calendar and astrological purposes decades in advance. .. And this mechanism proves that Our Earth is Geocentric and stationary, as well as, our ancient cultures were highly advanced ..
The Antikythera mechanism was discovered in 1901 during the recovery of a shipwreck off of the Greek island, Antikythera, in waters 60 meters deep. It is a metallic device which consists of a complex combination of gears, and dates back to the 2 nd century BCE. In 2007 a working model was replicated. Curator Michael Wright shows off his model of the Antikythera mechanism. The Antikythera mechanism is an ancient Greek clockwork machine found in a shipwreck, that has taken more than a century to decipher. Wright's handmade reconstruction is the first to include all the known features of this complex device. It only took 106 years for the greatest minds of our time (Mathematicians, Scientists, and Engineers) to figure out the workings of the mechanism. Go figure. Think about it?
