Biden and Pelosi know they can't legally offer this student loan bailout - 8/26/22

CNN's Chris Wallace explains to Kate Bouldan that President Joe Biden and Speaker Nancy Pelosi know there is no authority to spend $300 billion on a bailout for college grads.

He notes it could all backfire too by irritating those paying for it who never went to college, while someone who makes $125k and has a Pell grant will get $20k.

Wallace also explains how they also know that it will spur inflation and possibly prolong the recession that we are currently in.
