Two weeks of cold showers part 17 shower 16

Woken up around midnight the shower was taken before 6 a.m.. going into day 2 of eating. I did not feel like having the shower but it was mostly uneventful it was cold at first and then normalized toward the end we're short on time so ended the shower at about three and a half minutes
