Biden at women’s equality meeting: codify Roe in November

Pres. Biden drops by a meeting with state and local elected officials on Women’s Equality Day to discuss actions to protect access to reproductive health care. During opening remarks, Pres. Biden said the only way Roe v. Wade will be codified in Congress is if the “American people make it happen in November,” referring to midterm elections.
